Installation
When you buy the TT Fenderliner from Potterman, all you get is the part with the vent in it, since it's smaller and easier to ship (and since they know that people are just going to hack them up anyway...) I think it was around $30.
We began by taking all of the Torx screws out of the fenderliner. We used a thumb ratchet because it's easier to fit in there. It also helps to turn the wheels to one side, and then to the other. There were between 8 and 10 screws to be removed (I didn't count)

Here's a shot of the stock liner with the part from Potterman.

We laid the new piece on top of the old one, to help figure out where we'd locate the vent in the fenderliner.

We cut out the vent, leaving between 1/2" and 3/4" all the way around. We used a disposable razor knife, and a straight edge. The best way to cut the plastic was to go over it a few times, pressing harder each time.

Once all of that cutting is done, you should have something like this:

We transferred the measurements of the actual vent part to the original fenderliner, and cut a hole out the same size.

We put the new 'vent' section into the original fenderliner, and driled holes around the outside through both layers. We used a rivet gun and some pop-rivets to hold the new section into the original.

Here is a shot of the (almost) finished product. We went around the edge right black silicone sealant, just to make it look neat.

Here is a shot of the back. We covered the back of the rivets with black silicone.

We ended up putting black silicone over the heads of all of the rivets, just to make it less noticeable.

We put the fenderliner back into my filthy car. Looks pretty good.
